Salsa in a coffeehouse? Why not! This friday we kick of a monthly event that partners RPC with this great meetup group for people who love salsa dancing. It goes from 7-10pm. Come to learn, show off your skills, or just have fun and meet new people in a laid back environment.
This past Friday we did a run up to the port to pick up our order of new beans!
We're super excited to have the Uganda Bugisu bean back in stock. That was one of our widly popular beans. So popular in fact that people got genuinely upset with us when it ran out and we had to explain the difference between store bought generic 'coffee' and true single origin crop harvests.
Add to that two new beans from lots in Costa Rica and Timor that we'll be first-roasting tomorrow as well as preparing our bins for the shop display.
We just hit another mile marker on our Facebook page and we want to share some of our excitement with everyone. Our likes just crossed 400 (it's still modest but hey, <3) and to celebrate we're changing up our website to FREE SHIPPING on all the coffees and teas (except the green beans). And to boot we updated our site with the new coffees and blends we've got in-house. Now you've literally got NOTHING to lose trying out some of the best beans you can get your hands on.
For those who are curious, we roast literally EVERY DAY for our shop, wholesale, and shipments. We pack our shipments directly out of the bins from the roasts ensuring that you're getting the freshest possible bean. And honestly many times the beans are still warm going into the bags for that day's shipment. If you have any doubt ask the Hightstown Post Office about how we fill their facility with an intense coffee aroma whenever we do our shipment!
On Thursday (Valentine's Day) we will be closing early to host our private Murder Mystery Dinner Event.
